At stock speeds (no OC) the stock CPU cooler should do fine as long as your ambient temps aren't too high (if you live somewhere warm with no AC for example) and your case is adequately ventilated. If ambient temps or case ventilation are in question then that Zalman should help.

Yeah that case will definitely be well ventilated! You should be fine with the stock cooler. Just to say though, silicon works better the cooler it is, so if the extra dough for the zalman (or other high quality air cooler) isn't an issue might be a good idea to get it.

BTW, I'm just curious why you would get the 4770 "K" if you aren't going to OC. You could save a couple bucks and buy the non "K" 4770.
