AMD Windows 7 AHCI and SATA Drivers Needed

Hey Everyone,
I have been having a problem since the start of this month with my pc. It's a Acer Aspire M3450 and my hard drive has been corrupted since. I backed my hard drive up and now have it all fixed. It is know one volume no partitions. I am now trying to install Windows 7 and it is asking for drivers (I know common error). I know the fix to this for a INTEL version of the CPU. The problem is that my computer came with AMD. I can only find the Intel Ahci and Sata drivers only. If someone can link the AMD ahci and sata drivers that would be helpful.

Windows 7 should have its own default drivers for SATA devices. AHCI or IDE. What MB is in your PC?

I formatted my hard drive completely because there was a disk error and I don't have factory settings or files. I also don't get what you mean how much MB is in your PC. 2TB Hard Drive WD Green and 8gb Ram

Every single file is backed up on my external hardrive, so it could be on there?

MB = MotherBoard

Unless you have a weird, unheard of MB, Win7 should be able to install itself w/o the need for you to manually provide SATA drivers.

I had to change the BIOS Settings so my hard drive is set to AHCI mode

Same here should have tried that first
