I will be overclocking an 8320 with a noctua to 4.5ghz+ which I think will use around 200watts if I am not mistaken? The new MSI lightning 290x will have three power connectors, I believe custom 290x's at the moment are drawing around 470 watts under load? (feel free to correct me if this is wrong!) but my question is, with an SSD as my only other component that will be drawing power will a 750w psu be enough to get max power to lightning 290x for overclocking without bottlenecking?

I have no plans to xfire so thats not a problem. I will be using a 990fx Sabertooth motherboard if that has any relevance.

Thanks!

Ben.

The FX-8350 is only a 125W processor at stock, slightly more O/C'd depending on if, and how high you need to boost the voltage. But 200W seems a bit too much. I don't think the processor can withstand 200W of power.
The R9-290x is a 300W card maxed out: http://www.hwcompare.com/16010/radeon-r9-290x/
...slightly more during spikes. At 300W, you will draw 25A at +12V. I would feel safe with a high quality 650W - 700W PSU. But use a PSU calc for a 2nd opinion: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
