So, here is my pc now:

GB-990XA-UD3 AM3+
AMD FX-8350 X8 4.0GHz
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR3 1866MHz CL9 1.5V
MSI GeForce GTX760 2GB OC
3 SSD drives
Corsair PSU TXV2 650W
Zalman CNPS10X Performa CPU cooler
Antec Two Hundred v2 case

And I'm not quite happy of my video card performance. So, would it be worth to change it to MSI GTX780 or even 780 ti? For how long it would be able max out new games? Or maybe get 2nd 760? Or just wait for Maxwell 800 series to come? Also, I assume all of those choices would require me to change my PSU to the better one, right? I'm thinking about Seasonic X-series 750W GOLD. Is it good and QUIETER than Corsair TX? Because in high loads I can hear my PSU even with headsets. And how about CPU? Wouldn't it bottleneck these video cards?

what is it that you don't like with your current 760? for 760 SLI your PSU should be able to handle it. same with single 780 or 780 Ti. as for bottleneck issue i think it will exist if you go for any option available right now.

Well, performance isn't so good as I want. I usually don't play in high resolutions, I like to play on 1152x864, 1280x960, sometimes on 1280x1024, but I would like to set other remaining settings on high or even ultra, which is not possible on my card and fps drops significantly if I do so.
