The processor is fine. Nothing you can upgrade to will make much of a difference for gaming. The i5-3330 is in the top tier of gaming CPUs, as are all the SB, IB, and HW processors: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html

And moving from a 1.5GB (?) GTX 660 to a 2GB GTX 660 will be a sideways move. (I've never seen a 1.5 GB GTX 660).
You'd have to move at least 3 tiers above the GX 660 to see any real improvement: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

Maybe a little housekeeping clean up will help. Give CCleaner a try. Run the Clean and Registry portions both. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Then check and see how many items you can eliminate that is running in the background at the same time you're trying to game. Check your tray and check your System Configuration/Start up tab for how many boxes are checked.
