Hello,
After months of reseach and constantly changing my mind on what to get as i am new to the pc building world and this will be my first build.
I have finally got the funds to purchase one of the following builds and the only real thing to decide on now is AMD or Intel.
AMD build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Lukeownstuff/saved/3MdA

Intel build : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Lukeownstuff/saved/3Mde

Yes i know basically all the parts are the same i just can't decide which one to get.
And yes i do plan to overclock and will eventually upgrade to a corsair H100i when the money comes around.

Anyway guys, let me know what you think.

depends, 8 cores for running many programs side by side. i.e gaming and streaming at the same time.
For running one application at a time, and you want best performance for that single application, the intel has less stronger cores. depends on your needs ultimately

I know the monitor is isnt included in the build but if you could please try to fit it in somewhere else, that would be great. Also here is the monitor http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-gl2450hm its cheaper and is great for gaming

Ok so you are gonna go with your build. For both of the builds, I would change the hdd to a regular hdd and then with the money you save, you can get a better mobo or more case accesorries like fans led, controllers, etc.
