Some questions about my build

Hi everyone I have a few questions about my build (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/kamilstoch/saved/3Mxp)
1. Is this motherboard any good (will it enable overclocking?)
2. Do I need the cooler? (i'm trying to save some money, and the case has a pre-installed fan)
3. Is the power supply enough to enable some overclocking (not extreme, moderate oc)
4. What version of the GPU should I get (MSI TF or EVGA ACX)

1. I, personally, haven't heard about overclocking motherboards, but you can definitely overclock your chosen CPU, which happens to be very good if you're just looking to game.
2. The Hyper 212 is a pretty good cooler for it's price, but if you're overclocking your CPU super high, you might consider upgrading. But if I were you, I'd stick with what I got.
3. 600w is fine for moderate overclocking
4. Really, the dealer doesn't matter. I'd go with what's cheapest.

You'll be able to run most games on ultra, exceptions maybe extremely demanding games like BF4, Metro LL, Crysis 3 etc.
