back up hard disk when windows doesnt startup

My hard disk got corrupted . it cant able to load windows 7 os. everytime it starts it shows windows error recovery page . i t

You should have backed up your data when the drive was working okay instead of waiting for something like that to happen.

Connect the drive to a working computer. You can either install it internally as a secondary drive or buy an an external enclosure for it. Provided the drive hasn't failed already, you should be able to get the data off it.
