Looking for a $800 Gaming pc build

I'm really new to all this, and I'm in need of a new pc. Only real spec I want are 16gb ram, 1 terabyte hard drive or more, and a graphics card that can handle major gaming title one ultra or at the least play Tera Rising, and Vindictus at max settings without a problem. Other than that I'm really unsure about what cpu, mobo, fans or even what case to use. I would really appreciate any tips, or build you guys have. Thank you!
