I have a 1600x900 monitor, planning to buy a gpu, is it worth the hd7750 vs hd6670?

considering that Memory Bandwidth is almost equal, Texel Rate is 33% better for hd7750 and Pixel Rate (The Radeon HD 7750 is quite a bit (more or less 100%) faster with regards to full screen anti-aliasing than the Radeon HD 6670 (OEM), and also will be capable of handling higher screen resolutions without losing too much performance.)

1600x900 isnt that high, but what do u guys think?

The HD 7750 will game much better even with your 2.67GHZ dual core. No problem with bottle neck, if that is what you are worried about.
All you have to do is look at the comparison link I posted. No contest.

Definitely, go for the HD 7750. It is a much better low end gaming card than the HD 6670.
And at 1600x900 you will be able to take advantage of the better card. Plus the HD 7750 uses less power. It will make the difference of playing games at high settings instead of medium. Or getting a playable frame rate or not. Just be sure to opt for GDDR5 VRAM and not the GDDR3.

I mean , with my cpu, if the difrence beetween the hd 7750 vs hd 6670 will be worth considering their price difrence (90vs70€) and considering my e7300 duo 2 core, becuz it isnt the same thing as a i5.
