With this build, I want to max out Minecraft and record with Fraps and / or other Software with atleast 60 FPS. Anything over 60 FPS would be preferable, while recording.

My budget is pretty strict, While being under $500 I still think I can get some pretty decent performance from the components.

This is my current build, of which I plan to upgrade the RAM to 8gb in the future:

And here's another build with a few more components:

Please leave any comments of criticism or advice, as I need it!

I had a few questions about this build, and building computers in general:
With mail in rebate, Will I profit with a check? or another deal?
Is there another GPU I ought to go with? Perhaps the 7770?
I don't plan to upgrade the build too much in the future, Maybe more storage, and more RAM for sure. I don't plan on overclocking anything, I doubt I will ever have more than one GPU.

This is 13 dollars over your budget but will surely get you MUCH more performance.

Here's what I did:
-1TB drive for 1 dollar less
-8GB RAM for 9 dollars more(2 modules)
-Went with the FX6300. Much more powerful than the 2nd and 1st one
-Change GPU to AMD R7 250. Its a little better than the 650 for 3 dollars less.
