Passmark score question

Wanted to know if I could get anyone's input on something that I'm curious about. I just exchanged my Gigabyte motherboard ga-h87-d3h to a ga-z87x-ud4h, I wanted to have the possibility of SLI down the road so that's the reason I made the switch. I have an i7-4771 which is getting about 500 to 600 points lower on the Passmark cpu benchmark with the new motherboard. I just don't know why that is, is it a setting that's off? I don't know what it is, does anyone have any input on the matter?
