Windows 8 opens browser when boots up.

I have an internet connection that needs to be logged on first to start accessing.
When I turn on my PC having windows 8,it directly opens chrome browser and redirects to a forward link.
Ofcorse,results to an error in connection page but when i log in to internet,i get redirected to www.bing.com.
Why is this happening and how can i stop this? Please Help.

Open Task Manager, go to Startup tab and disable the entry for Chrome. Re-boot and you should boot to your Start Screen...
