Random questions that need answers

So, With PC part picker, When I want to buy a certain Computer part It will bring me to their respective site. ie - Amazon, Newegg.

But what my brain cannot figure out is payment methods and shopping online in general. Do i use Paypal? Is a Credit card absolutely needed?
If so how can I trust them with stuff like returning if broken or Malfunctioned?

It depends on the site. Some accept paypal, most accept cards.

I assume you're in USA so I can't give details on laws I'm afraid. In the UK you are covered by loads of acts and laws regarding distance selling and sale of goods etc (plus if you buy with a Credit card they protect you).
