I changed my PSU for an EVGA 750W, I overclocked my CPU but Windows 7 didn't like it and it gave me a BSOD. The next time I booted, my main UEFI seemed to be corrupted so it started booting on the backup BIOS. Since that time, when I shutdown my PC or when I put it to sleep, everything goes off and it turns back on a few seconds after. My computer seems to reboot on shutdown and it's very annoying. Everytime it tries to boot on the main UEFI but it fails so it boots on the second one. I even did a CMOS reset and I flashed the BIOS. It still does the same thing and my main BIOS still looks corrupted. The only time it doesn't reboot after a shutdown is when I press and hold the power button while in Windows but it's not good to do that all the time. Could anyone help me with that? I tried a bunch of things but it never worked. I think the problem comes from one of the following things : the motherboard, Windows 7, the PSU itself or bad PSU cables.

Here are my specs :

EVGA Nvidia GTX 560 SE OC @Core 800MHz @Mem 1930MHz (wtf)

Thanks in advance for the help.
