404 on Private Messages

I understand there are some locks in place for new users restricting immediate access to PMs. How long does it take to get that restriction lifted? Thanks!

A single post is all it takes to lift the restriction on sending private messages. We have this in place to prevent spammer abuse. So, with this thread, you've qualified. Congrats! And welcome!
