I had the radiator changed yesterday and the thermostat replaced in Nov. but the car still runs very sluggish and doent get any acceleration when I press hard on the pedal...could it be spark plugs or a warped head? Do I need to replace the thermostat again?

Is your temperature gauge showing normal once the engine warms up? Does the heater blow hot air?

If both are yes, I would think the thermostat is okay. Does the engine idle okay or does it idle rough?

the engine idles fine from wut I believe...my mechanic stated that it could be the spark plugs, thermostat (which I already replaced and has been regulating the temp), or warped heads

Before I replaced the radiator the car would leak coolant when I turned it off...but the thermostat would regulate it back to normal when it would run hot...I never let the car reach the red line of overheating the thermostat would regulate once the temp got past the middle level it would begin to run hot but then cool down and balance...so could I have a warped head?

It could be plugs and wires. It could also be a warped head.

Has your mechanic checked your cylinder pressure? Does the engine burn oil? Any white smoke (or black) from the tailpipe?
