repost Files gone on old hdd after instaling win 7 on new ssd

Hi,
Il'l repost this question. Something went wrong.
any how, I installd a fresh win 7 on a new ssd. I removed my old hdd before installing win7 on the ssd.
When i reconnected the old hdd drive on the laptop it's blank. It even wants me to format the drive. In other words i can't even accces the old hdd.

Any idees what went wrong and how to solve ?

Is your HDD encrypted (with Bitlocker or Truecrypt)?

No, but i sid have a win password log in.

Verify that your SATA data and power connectors are firmly attached to the HDD and to the port on the motherboard (data).

After doing this, check your BIOS to see if the BIOS detects the HDD.

Ok i enterd bios option and found that my HP had a raid option on. Between hdd and sdd-card. So i removed that option and now i can accsess all my drives.

What a relief!!!

Thx fore the telling me to go in to the bios option.
