Trying to figure out what MOBO to get with an i5 4670k an a Gigabyte gtx 770.

So i finally decided on getting an i5 4670k and a gtx 770. But I'm trying to figure out what MOBO I should get. As of right now its either a Asus maximus vi or a Asus Z87 sabertooth. I would like a board that is at least somewhat future resistant. Any suggestions?
Price range anything up to about $300.
