Best monitor for £150 that displays the ebst picture quality.

I had done a lot of research on monitors and had a budget of £200 but I stupidly realised that I hadn't taken into account the price of Windows 8.1 software so my new budget for a monitor is £150. Because of that all my research has gone to waste and any recommendations for a monitor within £150 (or slightly over) will be appreciated. I'm looking for a monitor that can display the best picture possible, not necessarily for gaming. Style is important to me so it is preferable to link me to good looking monitors but that's not completely necessary. Thanks for taking your time to read this and reply (if you do).
