Hey guys, I just recently stepped up my system from two EVGA 760 OC ACXs to two EVGA 780 reference models. I am currently using a Corsair AX760i PSU but am concerned about the amount of wattage I am pulling with the new cards. My previous setup with the 760 SLI + a decently overclocked 4770k (4.4GHz) never got the PSU warm. After installing the SLI'd 780s with no overclocking on the CPU OR the 780s, I decided to test the waters a bit with a 3DMark Firestrike test. I noticed that wattage pulled was around 270, but the PSU fan kicked on due to the PSU getting a bit warm. Should I be concerned?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

This is normal! what is your temperature in Corsair link?

My 860 i Runs @ 45 degree's Celsius under load and the fan turns on for a short time. This is normal for this PSU.

Temps seem to be doing well so far. I am going to slowly put load on the system via mild overclocking (of both the cards and CPU) and benching. Let's see what happens!
