I happened across this kickstarter:

The people who do it are down in the same area and I was tempted to ring them to see if I could take a look. They say it's the same screen as the iPad 3, so I went to check out those and they are pretty phenomenal.
The question is, would I be able to do anything useful with it? That is, I do a lot of spreadsheet and CAD work (no photo/video editing) and I was thinking that it would be useful to stick an extra sheet on or stick a drawing on.
Does anyone have any experience with screens this size used in this way? What's the price like for that sort of thing? It's very difficult to find comparative things on the market.
