How to underclock a GTX 760 OC???

I am having problems with a Display kernel error message and want to try to under clock factory overclocked GPU. I have installed NVIDIA Inspector what do I drop it down to so that I can see if I can Play BF4 for more than 3 min???/

PC spec;

CPU- AMD FX 8350
MOBO- Sabertooth 990 fx
MEM- 8gb
VID- EVGA GTX 760 OC
PS- 750

On regular settings when in Game (BF4) my GPU usage go's back and forth from 80% to 99% and my temp goes up to 60c before it freezes.....

I'd be requesting an RMA if it's unstable out of the box. You shouldn't have to deal with it if it's not your problem.

Brady is right but still if you want to underclock you can use ubrales' way or you can use msi afterburner.its the best software for oc gpus.
