You will probably want to add an aftermarket CPU cooler to take advantage of your CPUs overclocking ability, Regarding your PSU, I've never heard of that company/brand, I recommend sticking with trusted, quality companies such as Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (except their CX series) or Antec if possible.

Where will you be buying/ordering from? From what little I was able to translate into English, the LC-Power line of products are a budget series of components. Personally, I would go with a PSU from a company that I mentioned previously, however, I don't know what might be available to you. Same with aftermarket coolers. If you can give me a link to where you can order from, I'll look at what is available..

If you are only going to be running a single GTX 780 then you will only need ~ 575W PSU according to here:

http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

However, if you are planning to add a second GTX 780 in the future, you would need an ~ 850W PSU per the above link.

Additionally, their recommendations do NOT take any overclocking into account, so if you are planning to overclock, I suggest adding 50-100 watts to their recommendations.

Since it appears you will be overclocking, then for a single GTX 780 and oc'ing I'd recommend one of these PSUs:

or

http://www.enaa.com/oddelki/racunalnistvo/izd_3315_avt1...

Both are lightly oversized wattage-wise but are excellent PSUs.

If you plan on adding a second GTX 780 in the future and be overclocking, then I would recommend this PSU:

As for an aftermarket cooler, I'd recommend either of these:
