If you look at Asus's motherboard specs at their website https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87A/#specifications , it says 1024mb maximum shared memory at graphic.

Does this mean that if i have a Graphics card such as the Nvidia Gtx 760 2gb http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX760DC2OC2GD5/ , it will only utilize one of the gigs of ram from the graphic card.

Thanks in advance :)

No dear. It means that if you use biult-in GPU then the maximum amount of RAM that can be shared with CPU/iGPU would be 1GB. This is not for dedicated/discreet graphics cards because these cards have built-in memory like GTX 760 has 2 GB so it wont be needing 1GB from system RAM.

GTX 760 will utilize its 2GB RAM.

Thank you for help, Btw i were thinking it's probly for the intergrated gpu and since i'm going to use a i5 4670 Cpu it's gonna be the Intel HD Graphics 4600

If you are asking would 4600 be good enough for gaming then answer is No. Better get good GPU.

Ofcourse not, the rig is gonna look like this:

Tower: Corsair Carbide 200R (Still not sure about this one)
Mobo: Z87-A
Cpu: i5-4670 (But actually i'm considering getting a i7-4770)
Gpu: Asus Nividia Gtx 760 2gb
Psu: Either Corsair Rm 550w or Cooler master G650M 650W
Memory:Kingston HyperX Genesis DDR3 1600MHz 4GB CL9 2X
SSD/HDD: 1x 120gb ssd for boot, for some games and 1TB HDD for everything else.

This is a good built. Reason for i7 4770

Not even sure myself, i know that an i5 is more than enough for gaming and a i7 is more for the video and picture editing, plus the hyper threading isn't even noticeable when gaming.

Stick with i5 4670 and you'll be better off.

One last question though, ill have to use my old screen until next month(gonna buy my new rig at the end of February) which only supports VGA and since my motherboard supports VGA i thought it would be okay, but then i thought doesn't my graphics card also has to support it to actually use the card.

No issue at all. You can always use HDMI to VGA or DVI to VGA adapters and they are not costly.
