Approximate Purchase Date: Next 0-14 days.
Budget Range: 1200~ can stretch it a little if need be.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming ultra settings. (skyrim SC2, NS2, civ 5/Turn based strategy* games and maybe TESO),
2 or 3 displays, general entertainment purposes, maybe live streaming twitch, some office work.

* civ5, other turn based strategy games, and browser based MMOs. I will be playing with my friends using a dedicated server/pitboss, but i would like to keep my games running on separate display cause we don't use turn timers, we have fun relaxed games that can be played at any time of the day. ( come home for lunch and do my turn while im here, ), this also includes while playing other games at same time.

Parts Not Required: no monitors, peripherals, speakers. i have one spare SATA lead for my SSD as i don't think it comes with one.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts:http://www.amazon.co.uk/
Country: UK,
.Parts Preferences: I want good quality psu, mobo and other parts to increase the longevity of my computer, i want to get as many years out of it as i can. it took me long time to save up the money.
Overclocking: No
SLI Maybe
Monitor Resolution: I will be re-using my current monitor at 1600x900, but overall i don't really care.
Additional Comments im thinking about buying a sound card, because i really enjoy listening to my favorite music at high quality sound, or connecting my computer to tv and using surround sound from it. But im a little unsure if i really need to buy one after reading this.

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/355046-31-guide-choosing-computer-parts

also to note, i own a pair of turtle beaches px5 from many yrs ago that still work.
http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-detail/ps3-headsets/ear-force-px5/51

Additionally, im a little concerned about my GPU being too large and because of the size i might not be able to fit a sound card or use sli.

I though about using i7-4770k, and maybe under clocking it a little bit to help increase longevity, as well as the fact that its slightly better for gaming than i5-4670 and would be better for multiple games running at same time, or is that not needed?

hi ahmedkhalifa1999 thank you for your reply, but i went on intel site and the only difference between 4430 and 4670 is the i5 4670 has bit better Ghz,
i5 4430 3.0-3.2 Ghz
i5 4670 3.4-3.8 Ghz

also you suggest 16Gb ram @ 1600,
is it the ram i need and not the processor power?

i play alot of ns2, i read the technical support forum they have @ unknown worlds and alot of players are saying that its quite demanding on cpu because its poorly optimized (company released it premature because of budget i believe).
as for the GPU do i need that for the fact that i enjoy playing two games at once? (turn-based on separate display like civ 5).

As for the sound card, yea i think iv been brought by that:)

8GB RAM is more than enough for the future and a lot cheaper GPU will do it since you play also on low resolution. The PSU is too much and the 4670 is ideal or 4570.

this PSU is for suture SLI and the monitor can be changed and he wants the build for also future so higher ram will be better (did you see watch_dogs) and also PS4 and Xbox One has 8GB then why not to get 16GB for future

hello, and thanks again for both of you trying to help me, your time spent here is appreciated:)

yes psu is for possible future sli, but i don't no if i even need to do that since your suggesting a gtx 780 3GB, i imagine that will be plenty for sc2, civ 5, skyrim and teso? even on ultra???? (i only do 1v1 laddering on sc2, don't use arcade). my current comp is 4Gb ram, AMD athlon II x2 220 with
gt 430. and with that i can play skyrim from low-medium (aslong as i stay away from waterfalls)

and yes your right, there is definitely a possibility that i could change my monitor.

however i do kinda feel from what iv learned that 8Gb should be plenty. But what do you think about going for 8Gb for now, and in the future i can quite easily buy another 8Gb if required???

Also if you don't mind, what made you choice the £75 coolermaster case?

mainboard = motherboard (both are correct)
