I'm hoping for some opinions on this build i have in mind while keeping it around $800.

That is kind of a lot to spend on the case, I would find the cheapest case possible (around 50 less) and step up your gpu, then it will be a good build

The extra money for the 8350 isn't really worth it since the only difference is that it is higher clocked and is a higher binned chip.

A 990fx chipset mobo is only worth it for high end SLI, otherwise you can still get the same OC performance from a 970.

Much better GPU

Can throw that RAM into my build if you feel like it is needed.

My PSU is much better than whatever the hell you have picked out.

Thanks a lot i thought about a 970 chip set like the Asus M5A97 but i eventually want to use sli, and I'm sure asrock is a good brand I've just never had any experience with it and prefer to stick with asus which I've used before.
