EDIT I added 3 23 inch monitors and a 3dtv to the mix so I'm running the 3 in surround, running the 2560x1440 and the 1080p 3dtv at the same time.

Edit...this has been changed a couple times so this may not all apply...new pics below the old pics
I started out using sli 780's as you can see in the brighter picture...I sent those back and got the ti's that came with the free nvidia shield since I was buying a shield anyway. In the darker pics you can see that I swapped out 2 fans, removed the bottom bay (now my HDD is screwed into the chassis from its side and the 2 ssd's are mounted to the bottom of the 5.25 bay) and installed the 780 ti's...by removing both bays I was able to go from 4.3 to 4.4 on the CPU clock with the same temps.
It scored higher than 97% of all results on 3dmark11
with GPU boost and the hefty overclock they hit 1433mhz in unigine benchmark.
When I can talk the woman into letting me blow more money I'll water block the gpu's and put a 240mm radiator in the front
My build is
I7 4770k @ 4.4
16gb corsair 2133 memory
Sli super clocked evga gtx 780 ti's @1137
Asus z87 pro motherboard
Corsair h100i CPU water cooler with upgraded fans (corsair link disabled n using fan expert)
Corsair 1000rm PSU
120gb evo ssd for windows 8.1 and apps
500gb evo ssd for games
3tb HDD (black) for media
Asus blue ray drive
Qnix 27 inch 2560x1440 monitor over clocked to 120hz
Fractal design r4 Plus odds n endsends
A few pics and complete build list with prices here

You have one incredible machine ! Everything is perfect. The only thing you could have done better is the CPU cooler, there are better water out there. You say your going to water your GPU's, perhaps the new Swiftech H220x would be the ticket. It would handle everything you have going on, it will come with 120,240,280 and 360 radiators. Perhaps you could have picked a case to handle more radiators like the Arc Midi R2 or maybe even the Arc XL.
But I nit pick here, you really have a beast, I'm envious

The H220x is not even out yet, release date is sometime in March I think. Not sure I would run 2 AIO loops in the same box, for a number of reasons. A single loop would work much better as all radiators could be utilized. I would sell your H100i to someone and just pick up a H280x from Swiftech when they are released, just me.
Although the Cooler Master Glacier 240L is a re branded H220 with a bit better pump, it is still part of the CPU block, the new set up has the pump on the radiator, not on the CPU, much cleaner set up

Here is a thread on it over at Overclockers, if you search "Swiftech H220x" you get some hits on it to see more......
http://forums.pureoverclock.com/general-hardware/24168-...
It is going to come in a few different sizes to suit the case and need of the customer, the thing is one could add whatever other radiator to it depending on what fits the case they are using....
