EDIT I added 3 23 inch monitors and a 3dtv to the mix so I'm running the 3 in surround, running the 2560x1440 and the 1080p 3dtv at the same time.
Edit...this has been changed a couple times so this may not all apply...new pics below the old pics
I started out using sli 780's as you can see in the brighter picture...I sent those back and got the ti's that came with the free nvidia shield since I was buying a shield anyway. In the darker pics you can see that I swapped out 2 fans, removed the bottom bay (now my HDD is screwed into the chassis from its side and the 2 ssd's are mounted to the bottom of the 5.25 bay) and installed the 780 ti's...by removing both bays I was able to go from 4.3 to 4.4 on the CPU clock with the same temps.
It scored higher than 97% of all results on 3dmark11
with GPU boost and the hefty overclock they hit 1433mhz in unigine benchmark.
When I can talk the woman into letting me blow more money I'll water block the gpu's and put a 240mm radiator in the front
