Hey guys im pretty new when it comes to pc's but i found a website http://www.logicalincrements.com/levelcap/ i was thinking of buying a "Extremist" (parts below) and was wondering if any part should be swapped for or if there are better deals either cheaper or more effective? and if any other parts are needed what should i get (screen, keyboard etc)
and what are the best place to buy from (in Australia if possible)

Graphics: GTX 780 x2
CPU: i7 4770K
CPU cooler: TC14PE
Motherboard: GIGABYTE G1.Sniper 5
Ram: HyperX 16GB Kit (2x8GB)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB
SSD: SanDisk Extreme II 240 GB
Power Supply: CORSAIR AX860i
Case: Cosmos II

thanks for any advice given :)

If you are gaming probably core i7 4770k will be an overkill unless you have extra cash to splash.

You could just as well get performance out of core i5 4670k.

You can navigate to this site http://pcpartpicker.com/

Pick Australia as your country and look at different deals you get there to see what suits you best.

I am not sure how much you're spending on your motherboard, RAM and HDD, but here's a tentative suggestion.

Feel free to tell your max for all 3 and I can adjust if you want.

1USD = 1.12 Australian Dollar
According to Australian Dollar price should be $314.72

so it is expensive

If you can buy from Amazon then go for it
