super cheap processor, amd vs intel

hey all,

quick question. i'm building a super cheap home office pc for a friend and want to know in your opinion which would be the better processor to go with. keeping in mind that this is going to be an office pc. no gaming. in fact i'm not even putting in a discrete graphics card and i'm trying to make this as cheap as possible. so i've narrowed it down to an AMD A6-5400k vs an Intel Pentium G3220, both are the exact same price at my local computer shop, the main difference i see is the i can get a motherboard for the intel chip for 10.00 less then i can find any amd board. thoughts? ideas? questions? let me know, and thank you in advance

i kinda figured that was the case, but realistically since this wont be doing any kinda gaming i think i'll go with the intel
