Yeah, that's not too shabby. How much are you paying for the 270x? They're ridiculously overpriced at the moment. If you're paying $250+, I would just get a GTX 760 instead. Are you paying more for the modular version of that power supply? If so I'd just get the normal, non-modular version unless they're the same price, or if you feel like you really need it to be modular. Actually, with that in mind, what is the case you're going to be using?

Edit: also, are you going to be using an aftermarket CPU cooler? If so, which one?
