I have a Powercolor 7950 card and my Dell Precision 690 has only one 6 pin molex connector. I tried running with the one and the computer won't boot. Do I need a power supply with two cables and 6 pin connectors to boot up? My existing power supply is a 750 watt and should have enough power to run the card.

I found that the card will boot up with a power splitting cable so that both connectors on the card are connected to power.
