Case compatibility issue for MSI G45 and H100i

Hi, I have Corsair Graphite 230T and it has compatibility issues with my new MSI z87 G45 and H100i. My rad fans can't fit inside the case together with the rad because the heatsink of the motherboard is on the way. So my fans are at the top of the case (pull mod). Any recommendations for a new case? I have chosen some case under $100 and want to know if these will fit with my mobo and cooler.

can you set the radiator in the front of the case as intake? Try to remove the hard drive cages so you have room for the rad and you can mod the hard drive onto the bottom of the case or use and odd adapter. If not look at the phantom 410, fractal arc midi/define r4, bitfenix shinobi, corsair air 540, 730t, 760t, etc.
