Does anyone have any thoughts on this new build?

I will mostly be using it for gaming and watching 1080p videos.
I don't do any graphic design or animation, 3D modeling etc.
I don't plan on overclocking it, but I would like the option to do so.
When it comes to the GPU, I want something that will run any game, however i'm not that concerned about ultra settings as of yet, medium to high is fine.
Any ideas of how to make it cooler and quieter?

My budget is £1,000

Any and all advice from experienced PC builders is greatly appreciated, I am a junior I.T Technician and this is going to be my first build, I will also need recommended tool kits and equipment.

P.S I'll most likely be using windows 7 ultimate 64bit as my main OS (on the SSD) and i'll probably be installing one of the Linux distributions (on the HDD).

Thank you,

If you want to look into making it quieter make sure to get a CPU Cooler such as a Noctua; if you're looking to keep the budget minimum I suggest a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO/Plus.

This is £1000 no monitor, if you want to save £100 for the monitor then change the processor to an i5 4670k and there you go. The graphics card will play any game maxed out at playable frame rates and at 60fps+ on medium/high settings.
