I was given an older computer (Dell Precision T3400 workstation) that has a Core 2 Quad q6600, Radeon HD 5870, and 8GB pc2 RAM. I want to be able to play games like battlefield 4, titan fall, and gta 5 (if and when it comes out on pc). The graphics don't have to be maxed but the higher the better (medium+ would be preferable). I would be playing at 1080p. Will this system be able to handle that or would I be better trying to sell it and put the money towards a new system. Keep in mind that the new system would have to cost not much more than what I could sell this for but I already have 16GB 1600Mhz ram, HDDs, Optical Drive, OS... all I would need is motherboard, case, power supply and APU / CPU and graphics. If I were to sell the t3400 would I be able to get enough out of it to cover the cost of most those items? Would something like this (listed below) play the games I want better than the t3400?

CPU AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core $184.99
Motherboard Asus A88XM-A Micro ATX FM2+ $78.99
Case Xigmatek Aeos MicroATX Mid Tower $29.99
Power Supply EVGA 600W ATX12V / EPS12V $39.99
Total: $333.96

Thanks for all the feedback!!!!

I would go something like this:

The 750 Ti is MUCH better than the integrated graphics in the 7850k. Would be your best option for 1080p.

As you can see from the below tests, the 7850k is nowhere near the power of the 750 Ti:
7850k: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7677/amd-kaveri-review-a8-7600-a10-7850k/12
750 Ti: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7764/the-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750-ti-and-gtx-750-review-maxwell/13

In Bioshock Infinite, you go from 12 FPS to 60 FPS lol

I see a lot of people recommending that 750k... why not spend $5 more and get the richland 760k? Thanks for the reply though, it makes me lean a little more towards selling and building.
