Starting with motherboard, if you are overclocking i would suggest you to go with Asus for it can provide you the most stable overclocking for your 1150 socket processor. The PSU you have specified is Tier 3 brand psu, get XFX Core Edition PRO550W(one specified above) for better quality components inside it. And last, is your cooling kit. How far will you overclock your processor? If you are moderately overclocking it like upto 4.4GHz, you are best with air cooling. Good luck ;)
