Monitor Usage from Most to Least frequent: reading and writing (pdf and docs), watching videos online, gaming (call of duty, tomb raider, starcraft II, world of warcraft). Note: they are all important to me.
I will not do: video or photo editing, or any king of graphic work.
Possible combos: Since money is a problem, I would like to know, for example, if it would be better for me to get the Asus VE247H + R9 209 (asus), or a ASUS VE278Q + GTX 770 (Pny) ?
Most important: Image quality... and live expectancy of the monitor: I would like for it to last 4 years and handle one or two bumps (I will have to transport it one time by plain and some bumping roads), and it will be used in a place with high amount of dust.
