[Help]Asus VS247h or Dell S2240L

Cant decide between Asus VS247h and Dell S2240L
The Dell has a very glossy screen and 7ms response time, Asus has 2ms response time with a TN panel (somewhat bad color reproduction)

My usage for the monitor is playing Xbox360 and PS3 gaming + Slight PC gaming but more of watching Movies, Youtube videos and Video Editing in Song Vegas and Adobe Premiere

Will there be a significant difference in a 2ms monitor and 7ms monitor while playing FPS/Racing games says Halo, Titanfall and NFS Rivals and Forza/Grid2
