Will this PSU be okay?

I've found an XFX 650W 80+PLUS GOLD for £60 on dabs. Will it power my rig?
CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: GTX 770
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB 2133mhz
Will also overclock but only to about 4.2ghz as my board won't give me higher ones. Will also slightly boost the GPU

No problem at all, that is a very high quality PSU with enough watts and amps on the +12v rail to handle your system.

I'm thinking of changing GPU to R9 280X as it is £10 cheaper. I'm not sure if I should go for a 750W XFX since it takes more power. Will it be enough for that and overclocking?

I good quality 650W, like you have chosen, is enough to power that single graphic card system with overclocks no problem. Enjoy!
