Should I buy XL2720Z* Refurbished 27" Gaming Monitor ?

Here is the store: http://shop.benq.us/monitors/gaming/xl2720z-refurbished-27-gaming-monitor.html Directly from Benq. So it's "Refurbished", should i go for it or I should take a safety fly and go for the new one. 24" or 27" is the best for both gaming and movie btw ?

I don't see anything wrong with that particular monitor just make sure there is some warranty attach to the purchase. Also, 27 inch is better but will probably result in less pixel density than 24 inch.
