Best graphics card under $500?

Hey guys,

Im building a new gaming pc, it's my first build and i need to pick a gpu that's around $500.

I needs it to be overclock/SLI/crossfire capable.
Dont want it going over 90 degrees.
3gb or more VRAM.
It needs to last me at least 2-3 years before upgrade/SLI/crossfire.
I will play games like crysis 3, watch dogs(after release), bf4 and other epic-graphiced games.
I'm expecting around 50-60 fps on average since spending $500 on a gpu is a lot.
I will use a single 1080p monitor when I'm gaming.
I'm not planning on 3d or anything like that.
I will stream so it shouldn't lose too much fps while doing so.
I will play all games MAXED OUT with 2xMSAA or 4xMSAA.
