The parts I Picked
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/33jrl

Palit GeForce GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual € 115.88
AMD FX-6300 € 83.95
ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 Sockel AM3+ ATX € 36.89
Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz € 50.34
Thermaltake Hamburg 530 Watt € 34.37
Aerocool Strike-X ONE Advance € 28.49
350 Euros total

I have several questions ...
Should I get ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 Sockel AM3+ ATX OR ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Sockel AM3+ M-ATX .. which one is better?

Is the RAM compatible with the MOBO ?
Is it good built?
Is there any better parts a should get with the same price range?

Thank you in advance

always go for 2x dual channel.
gskill ripjaws/ares 8gb 1600mhz or higher, crucial ballistix sport 8gb, corsair vengeance 8gb, A-data v2 8gb all are compatible.
check that you get 2x4gb for dual channel which can hugely improve performance.
that psu is complete junk. tier 5 failure. keep away from it.
go for something like xfx 550w 80+ bronze, antec high current gamer 520w, seasonic s12II-520w, super flower 550w.
between the 2 mainboards I would choose none.
get something like this:
ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 60$ = 43,57 €
ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 80$ = 58,1 €
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 75$ = 54,47 €
a bit more cost but worth for safety of the other parts...
case is good. gpu is k.
do you maybe live in germany?

gut dann hast schon alles klar xP
extreme 3 will oc better but pro doesn't fall behind either.
extreme 3 can go up to 3x crossfire while pro 3 allows just 2x crossfire.
that is irrelevant anyways.
but if you intend for multi gpu in future I would chose an amd gpu so you have crossfire ability.
something like hd 7850 if you can find at good price.
750 ti is anyways very good given the low wattage it eats
