which one should I get ASUS VS239H-P vs ASUS PB Series PB238Q?

I'm getting a little trouble to decide which one is better, Do the PB238Q worth those 25$ dollar more or VS239H-P work as same at less price?

Your guys decide, also can add suggestion for any other monitor under 210$ dollar.

one have 5 ms response and the other one 6 ms, I think is good enough for gaming. I'm not like those hardcore call of duty players that still find slow 1 ms of response time.

I want quaility ips and decent color, for me the color are more important. However, at least 5ms or less will be good(no more than 6ms).
