AMD Temps: True or False?

I'm getting an AMD FX 8320 for my rig, and I have heard that it overheats very bad. Is this the case? If so I might have to go for an Intel. But that would mean changing my motherboard for an extra £20. I'm on quite a tight budget (£650 Max no OS) so I just want to know your opinions. I want to over clock with a Hyper 212.

The intels actually get hotter. The max temp for an 8320 is 62deg IIRC so you should get to about 4.5ghz without too much bother

while yes, the temps are higher than an intel processor, the AMD FX 8320 by no means overheats. the main reason the chip puts out more heat is because of the 125watt TDP and the 32nm lithography, where as intel's latest flagship processors are about 84watts and made at 22nm lithography. The 8320 will be just fine, but if you decide to overclock it is highly recommended you get aftermarket cooling, as the stock heatsinks are really only good at keeping your temps in check on stock settings.

Should I get to 4.3ghz with an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 and a Hyper 212 and a 750W XFX? Can anyone recommend me a better mobo for about £70? Thanks
