Getting a new MB and a CPU for my new 770

My GTX 770 is being held back a lot more than I thought with my current old build. I'm on a tight budget and I was wondering if you guys can make suggestions. I'm looking at these:

I could use some advice. My current CPU is an old QX9650 so it's an obvious bottleneck. I'm hoping the i3 is enough to power the GTX 770 I have. What do you think?

What about the mb is that fine to you?

Yes any LGA1150 board would be fine for that CPU!

Thanks for the help. I decided to go one up with the 4570 just in case. It's only about $15 more and is apparently better for the value.
