Is OCZ a good brand?

Just found a 600W OCZ PSU for £50 to power my rig:
CPU: FX 8320
GPU: GTX 770

Won't be doing overclocking except tweaking the GPU.

PSU is in tier 3 list. It has two +12v rails with each having 18Amps with efficiency of 86%. These figures are good for performance.

Keeping in view the post by other user above, better select other brand

Ok, didn't know that. Well, would a 550W XFX do the trick? Or should I go for a 650W?
