Can This build be any better, for under $300, AND for Blender 3D? :D

This is just to start a thread for piecing together a machine capable of using blender and light rendering. I am thinking of making another question regarding a home made render farm later on. So anyone able to judge these specs and suggest better hardware for the same price or even better? Here are my specs:

P.S: I already did my research for the mobo, cpu, and the ram. The case I chose to balance my budget (it comes with a psu).
