Have you already bought it? You'll get around High settings at 1080p, and it'll do pretty decent in Photoshop.

Is it a prebuilt computer, or are you going to build something? And what is your budget?

I'm going to build it, have been searching all over the internet for best compatibility,I'm from india, all this is coming up to 90k or 1500$ I want to cut down the prices without loss of quality.

Well if you don't want to overclocking, I would go with an i7-4770 or i7-3770, which will do much better for Photoshop for you. Dropping to a B85 motherboard and a 550-650w power supply, you could save enough money to get the GTX 770 instead, which will help with more CUDA cores, and give you much better gaming performance.

In USD, here is your build now:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Gene Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($199.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card ($179.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Corsair RM 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($145.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $741.97
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

If you do the changes I am suggesting, you could get this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($294.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($328.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($37.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $731.95
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

This would give you MUCH better performance in both gaming and photoshop, for the same price. Or you could drop that to the same i5-4570, B85 board, 550w PSU and a GTX 760 and save a good amount as well getting a little better performance:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($249.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($37.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $537.96
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
