I used this website for installation of my chrome cast and you all helped enormously! New issue is this; I changed my wi-fi network and now my chrome cast won't work.
Question; how do I switch it over?

Use the Chromecast utility on your PC to change the settings on your Chromecast device. Thats it! Good luck!

Thank you for your answer.
However, I am a computer illiterate grandma....could you dumb that down for me a little. Steps would be very helpful.

Go here. Follow the link for Windows PC (I assume that is what is being used).

Really it is easy, you open the Chromecast application on the computer that was used to set up initially. It will scan for devices. You just change as needed.

Thought that was the answer but it still tells me "device not found" It does still find my old wi-fi signal (still active at the neighbors apt next door)

You need to be on same network as the Chromecast device and then change to the new network configuration settings. I just did mine at home to check it out.
