I updated the OP. Now the 8800GT, a much better card than the 8400 GS will be included in the $50 price tag. Before i made it so it costed more.

I'm a potential buyer, and am interested in this post. I have recently switched to PC gaming. Can this computer have it's graphics card modified and changed out, and how much will the cost be all together, including shipping?

Yes it can have it's graphics card changed out. Shipping depends on where you live. I used a shipping calculator to see how much it is to ship across the US, from California to, for example, Ohio, and the shipping postage alone if $45.

Let's talk over PM's

edit: The part about "can this computer have it's graphics card modified" caught my attention. Are you asking about using the graphics card but modifying it? If so, I do not know if it can be modified, but you can swap it for a different one. It's PCI express. You just unplug it and plug in a different one.
